BME Registration Day and in-person enrolment!

We invite you to the BME Registration Day…

For scholarship holders

time: 10:00 AM 3 September 2026 (Hungarian time)

place: Building E, 1st floor, lecture hall B (address: 1111 Budapest, Egry József street 1.)

For tuition fee paying students

time: 10:00 AM 4 September 2026 (Hungarian time)

place: Building E, 1st floor, lecture hall B (address: 1111 Budapest, Egry József street 1.)

Make sure you're on time, because the event will end when the last student completes enrolment, at which point we will close the event and leave the location!

The aim of this event is to make the in-person enrolment process smoother, so you won't have to wait 1–2 hours during our opening hours.

Even if you arrive in Hungary before the day of the event, please wait until our registration day to attend.

Please check the following thing before the event:

-          Your status is ACTIVE!

-          You have submitted the 100 Enrolment request form in Neptun!

-          You have already registered for your subjects/courses online in Neptun!

Don’t forget to bring your:

-          passport + its copy and

-          Enrolment form (2 copies) and

-          original + 1 copy of your High school diploma/University diploma+translation (if it’s not in English) and

-          Study contract for tuition fee paying students (2 copies) or

-          Scholarship agreement (SH/SHS/DFP - 2 copies; SCYP – 3 copies)

-          English language certificate (Msc students only!)

The closest printing shops are:

-          CopyGuru Budafoki: 1111 Budapest, Budafoki út 14. – opens at 9 am

-          Minicopy Budafoki: 1111 Budapest, Budafoky út 41/B – opens at 8 am
