The summer opening hours of the ASC
2025. July 21.
The summer opening hours of the ASC are as follows:
28 July – 15 August 2025:
Tuesday: 11:00 – 15:00
Thursday: 09:00 – 15:00
There will be no opening hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during this period.
The CAO will be closed from 18 to 22 August.
Usual opening hours will apply from 25 August onwards.

CAO Opening Hours - 30 April 2025
2025. April 28.
On Wednesday 30 April 2025, the Central Academic Office will have shorter opening hours from 08.00 until 14.00.

In order for the Final Exams to be successful in the current situation, please follow the information of CAO and the Departments organizing the Final Exam more closely.

Information for scholarship holders about request for extension of the scholarship period and request for changing institution and/or training programme and/or language for scholarship holders.
Late enrolment information to spring term of 2024/2025
2025. February 7.
If you didn’t submit your „100 Enrolment” request before 23:59 CET 6 February 2025, then you can make the enrollment process for a late fee (5500 HUF) between 9 February and 14 March, 2025. In this case please follow the description of „Enrollment step by step” below and your administrator will inflict the fee in the Neptun system at the decision of the request.
