Dear Student!

Please be informed that BME CAO will be closed between August 15th and 19th.

Generally, opening hours in BME CAO in building R, ground floor, main hall are the following:

On Mondays and Fridays: 8:00-12:00

On Wednesdays: 13:00-16:30

but between August 22nd and September 16th the above opening hours are extended to the following:

On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays: 8:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:30

On Thursdays: 13:00-16:30

On Fridays: 8:00-12:00

Customer service terminals will be active during opening hours and please do not go to the customer service windows directly but draw a number from the terminals according to the service which you need. Your drawn number will be called soon and then please go to the window whose number is assigned to your one on the customer service display. Please note that Hungarian and international students will be served during the same periods.

Student status certificates and stickers for student ID-s for the autumn term will be issued from September 5th but if it is not urgent please pick up your sticker for your student ID for the autumn term only in October since the previous one is valid until October 31st.

Please try to arrange your issues through requests in Neptun to avoid the inconveniences of the potential crowds during opening hours.
