The „E009 Request for extension for SH students” and “E009 Request for extension for SCYP students” are available from 14th March until 15th April, 2022.

After the deadline it is not possible to submit this request in this term.

Students who intend to extend their SH/SCYP scholarship status have to submit the E009 request. After closing all the E009 requests, BME informs TPF/HHA who are going to contact the sending partners, and finally inform students and BME about their final decision.

We would like to call your attention for the followings:

• The permission for extension does not overwrite the 36 credit rule.
For SH scholarship holders (III.3.6.)
For SCYP scholarship holders (III.11.2.f)

• The permission for extension does not overwrite the status of absolutorium

• Only those scholarship holders receive the same benefits during the extension period, who started their scholarship status before 2020/21/1 semester:
III.4.1.Extension of the scholarship period

„Scholarship holders are not eligible to receive a living allowance and a housing allowance in the extension period. This rule shall be introduced gradually, on a year-by-year basis, starting from academic year 2020/2021. Scholarship holders may be entitled to other scholarship allowances defined in clause III.1.
No extension of studies financed under a scholarship programme is allowed in any preparatory courses preceding a bachelor programme, in normal and mobility programmes providing subspecialisation after a bachelor and master programme as well asin doctoral programmes.”

• The final decision will be made by Tempus Public Foundation / Hungary Helps Agency at the end of the semester.
